The Client Growth Sales role is to grow and expand our most valuable client relationships. Through a consultative, long-term approach, you’ll engage senior decision-makers, identify growth opportunities, and deliver strategies that build loyalty and drive measurable impact. SDR Academy

As an Associate Sales Development Representative participating in our Sales Academy, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for the sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales and eager to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.

Throughout the program you will have the opportunity to fast-track your career at Epsilon. The Program is a one-year developmental program designed to support your transition from the classroom to the corporate environment and kick start your professional development. You will participate in professional and job specific training such as cold calling, conversational selling and learn a variety of sales tech platforms. You will receive formal mentorship and have the opportunity to network and engage with various associates from all levels in the organization.
